GrillStage is a small, independently run site — there’s no support department, just the person who built and maintains the tools. If something’s wrong with a calculator, a guide is unclear, or you’ve got a suggestion, email support@grillstage.com.

What’s Useful to Include

• Which tool you mean — Grilling Time, Smoking Time, Charcoal, Meat Per Person, Brine, or Marinade Calculator
• What you expected versus what you got, ideally with the inputs you used
• Your browser and device, if something looked broken rather than just wrong

Response Times

We read everything that comes in, but this isn’t a staffed inbox, so replies can take a while and not every message gets one. If you don’t hear back, it isn’t personal.

One Thing We Can’t Do

We can’t give personal food-safety, health, or grill-repair advice by email. For that, a local extension office, an appliance technician, or your grill or smoker’s manufacturer support line is a better bet than a website contact form.
